Horn Seangphally is a Bike 4 Cambodia board member in Cambodia. She is also in charge of the local Charity with the same name. Phally is also in responsible for all projects run in Cambodia, including hiring and looking after staff as well as dealing with authorities in the country to make sure we get all permissions needed to run the projects.
